At Stall, we believe managing your shop's billing should be private, simple, and secure. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your business information when you use the Stall mobile app and website.
Your catalog items, product names, categories, and prices are saved directly on your phone. Stall is built to respect your local storage—we do not upload your entire inventory catalog to remote servers unless you specifically opt-in to cloud sync for sharing across multiple staff devices.
When you generate a receipt link or PDF to share with customers via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, the specific details of that invoice (items, price, date, and client name) are securely processed to produce a legible layout. We keep invoice records solely to display them on your web dashboard and do not share, sell, or rent your invoice details to any third-party advertisers.
Stall works entirely offline. Any edits made offline are cached locally on your device. When you connect to mobile data or internet network, Stall syncs only the necessary metadata with our secure server infrastructure based in West Africa to keep your dashboard accurate.
You have complete control over your shop's data. You can erase your entire locally stored catalog and active account details at any time directly through the app settings panel. If you have questions about how your billing data is processed, please contact our support desk.
